Windows 11/QB2023/PDF/Email Reports

Thanks for joining in on this discussion to let us know of the issue you're experiencing, @CyndiL. Let me point you in the right direction to get this resolved at the earliest time possible.

I appreciate you initiating some troubleshooting methods to resolve the issue of being unable to print, email, or save a report as a PDF. Since the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to our customer support. While I'm aware you've already reached out to them, we'll need to get in touch again so they can look into this further and raise an investigation if necessary. To do that:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

Moving forward, you can export reports as Excel workbooks if you want to analyze them out of QuickBooks and have the flexibility to include information relevant to your business needs.

Let me know in the comments below whenever you need additional assistance with PDF reports. I'm always available to help. Stay safe.

It is NOT an outdated Adobe!!  Quickbooks CLEARLY states that the component for PDF's is missing!!  I also had to move to Windows 11 because I had to get a new computer and I am having the same issue.  Obviously Intuit has not addressed the issue and keeps wanting to blame anything instead of actually fixing the problem.

And as another person stated, Intuit has not even updated their Tool Hub to work on Windows 11 so it is useless.

We just upgraded to Desktop 2024 and I was ASSURED that the it would not have issues because it was updated for Windows 11.  They lied!!

THANK YOU!!  This fixed it!!  I wish Quickbooks would actually put this on their site when you search for the problem instead of having to search numerous posts and replies.

We HAVE their VERY EXPENSIVE subscription which is why it is infuriating that they don't have this fix on their site.  We upgraded to the Desktop Premier 2024 but my new computer is a Windows 11.  Intuit still has lots of bugs working with Windows 11 despite them assuring me that it was compatible and everything worked perfectly.  They lied.

I spent over an hour on the phone with them yesterday just trying to get my file to update.  It is set for Auto Updates but they were not installing (I logoff each day so they should install then.).  And apparently it was still running the 2018 version despite us paying for and downloading the 2024 version.  I don't think they do anything to the "new" versions, they just change the name and charge an asinine amount for "upgrades".  They are a ripoff and I will change software as soon as I find something comparable.
