As Fiat Lux - ASIA suggestion above, you can visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to verify your company’s subscription and manage your QuickBooks Desktop products license/product information. To guide you further, please follow these steps:

1. Go to camps.intuit.com. 
2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
3. If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.

If you cannot locate QuickBooks license or product number, you can get your license information by entering your business phone number or email on file through this link: Locate Your License. Once done, click the Find license and product number button.

I have muy new Dell XPS 9500, switching from Apple to Windows 10.

I try to reinstall Quickbooks 2020 hard copy since I am most of the time without internet signal.

I do not remember what the product number was.

You can log in to CAMPs (Customer Account Management Portal) using your Intuit account to check your QuickBooks Desktop products license/product information. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
2. Find your QuickBooks subscription in the Products & Services list.
3. Select Details. From there, you'll see your license and product number.

If you can't log in to CAMPs, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can verify your account in a secure environment and help you retrieve your license number.

Login to your CAMPS and find your license info there. Otherwise, you can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2020 or 2021 from several partners if required.

3. In the Have a question? window, click Contact Us.
4. So you'll be route to the correct support, enter your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose either Message an Agent (Chat to a support agent) or Talk to a Specialist (Arrange a callback from a phone agent).

If you made the purchase of QuickBooks Desktop from our website, you can find your product information in the confirmation email that was sent to you after the original purchase. But if you bought QuickBooks from a retail store, simply check the original packaging for a label located next to the UPC Code to find your product details.
