I created all the mapping for 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC in 2020. Now they are all blank again. Where did they go? I don't have time to keep re-doing work!

If you click something and nothing happens, that means pop-up windows are being blocked. To fix this, you can enable the pop-up blocker of your browser.

Once done, go back to QuickBooks and do again the 1099-NEC mapping. Check out this link and select QuickBooks Online for the steps: Modify your chart of accounts for your 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC filing.

That didn't work either. I will try contacting live support, but I don't know that it will help. The data is just flat missing. And I have the same issue with desktop.
This is obviously an issue with Intuit. Whether I'm working in locally housed desktop, desktop stored on a remote server, desktop stored in the cloud, or QBO the mapping I did last year has simply disappeared. Intuit needs to figure this out!
