Hey there, kradzik.

Let me help you figure this out on why the 2017 invoices are not appearing in the sales tax center in QuickBooks Online.

 

You may want to check the transaction date, if the invoice dates 2017 then it will not show and if the payment dated current year then it will normally show in the sales tax center. Also, you can check the accounting basis if it's accrual or cash.

Thanks so much for your answer I am resolved.  I actually did a chat with someone to find out QBO ONLY shows two years at a time in the sales tax center, and to find a payment recorded in the stc do a filter and search on the amount in the bank register to confirm it's there.

 

I didn't find anywhere online that said QBO only shows two years at a time in the stc.  That would be helpful to have that stated somewhere in an overview or something, not embedded in the kb.  All is well.  Thank you!
