My Account and Settings menu only shows Company, I cannot see any other menu items!
I can't even see my QB plan.
How do I activate other menus eg Advanced etc.

I've checked, and we haven't received any reported cases similar to your issue in the Account and Settings section. I also tried replicating on my test account, and everything seems fine.
As initial troubleshooting, let's log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed sites, causing some unusual behavior.
Here are the keyboard shortcut keys:
If it works, switch back to your current browser and clear its cache. Sometimes, it becomes overwhelmed with older data, which can lead to viewing and performance issues.
Performing the clearing process will refresh the system, and you'll be able to start QuickBooks in a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers.

I logged in using browser of my phone and it works perfectly! I will try suggested solutions with my desktop browser and revert.
