I have a client that frequently adds pictures of receipts via the QBO app.
Today he entered 3 checks and several credit card charges via Banking on his laptop. When he opened the app on his phone to add pictures, 1 of the checks was listed in Activity but not the other 2. All of the credit card activity was there. A check entered several days ago but that hasn't cleared the bank could not be found either. Does anyone know why some things show up on the app but not others? Do transactions have to be cleared to show on the app?

First, let's make sure your app is working properly. You need to ensure that the app is updated to the latest version.

If still get the same result, let's uninstall and install the app to wipe out all the cache, settings, and data. This will also clear up the extra space used by the user's data.

I'm using iOS and there isn't a Help & Feedback button that contains Reset App Data inside. There is a Help button but it only contains "Articles and Support" and "Ask QB assistant a question".
I deleted and reinstalled the app and it did not solve the problem.
