Adding a Company Logo

I am having trouble adding our company logo to our existing invoice template. I'm able to click on "ADD LOGO" but then I receive a message that says: " the filename you entered is too long or is not a valid filename" I'm not able to make any other selection other than OK and I'm right back to where I started.  The file name is logo.png I have also tried it as logo.jpg both of which are on my desktop so there's a shorter path to the file. I have also tried to add it as I'm creating a new template and get the same message. I use QuickBooks Pro 2018. Any help would be appreciated.

First, you can try renaming the file or use a different template and re-upload the logo.

Once completed, you can try selecting the logo again. If the issue persists, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to check and investigate this further.
