Adding Dynamic Field options

Hey!

I am wondering about adding options to the dynamic field choices.

I would LOVE for when I email out monthly Statements, for QB to automatically fill in the [Month] and the [Year] into the subject line and the actual email, so I don't have to type it in INDIVIDUALLY to every email any longer.  I know there has to be a place, I just can't find it.

Please, Please, Please enlighten me!

Thank you!

I'm glad to have you here in the Community, @Adrienne1234.

At this time, the option for adding an auto-fill month and year custom field when emailing your statements isn't yet available in QuickBooks Desktop.

However, you're able to add a design or a layout such as a header, column, footer, etc. to a specific statement. Please refer to this article for more information about the process: How to customize statements in QuickBooks Desktop.
