Admin Password works on one Company File, but not another.
Welcome to the Community, @Jay0333. I'll point you in the right direction for support with your concern about the login credentials for your admin user in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for assistance in this matter. They can pull up the account information for your admin user, and investigate why he's unable to log in to one of his QBDT company files.
