Looking to add quantity discounts for my customers. In our industry, we sell units for less than $1. For that we typically go out 4 decimal places on cost and sales price. In advanced pricing, quantity discounts, once a discount is applied, the new sales price will only display 2 decimal places. Is it possible to extend the decimals to show 4 places in the new sales price, instead of 2? Screen shot listed below.

Currently, the option to extend the decimal on the New Price column in the Quantity Discount window is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). The system will only show two decimal places for that specific column.
I can see how having this option would be helpful for you, and I'll take note of this. Our Product Engineers are always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.
In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.
To learn more about the Advanced Pricing feature in QBDT, I suggest visiting this article for future reference: Use Advanced Pricing.
Please know that I'm only a post away if you have any other issues or concerns. I'll be here to assist. Enjoy the rest of the day!
Consider having an inventory management app to integrate with your QBD as the workaround.
We would also like this feature. We sell thousands of labels and the price in QB is for each label. So a lot of times, prices have up to 4 or 5 decimal places. We can set the regular prices with multiple decimal places but the quantity discount does not allow more than 2. That makes the feature almost useless unless we go through every item in the system and change the way they are prices and change the way we bill them.
Hey there, @printco360.
Thanks for chiming in on this thread.
I'll definitely send your feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in the near future.
Make sure that you keep an eye out on our Blog site to review what's new in the system.
