All names (Vendors, Employees, Customers, Other Names) have disappeared

You can download and run File Doctor from the QuickBooks Tools Hub to fix common errors such as missing lists. However, if you have already run the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility option, you can restore the backup made prior to the rebuild.

The same thing has happened on one of our five companies in QuickBooks (Desktop Enterprise). All transactions are there. All financial reports appear to be accurate, but all vendors and customers have disappeared and I cant even pay bills.
