Join nowI have Quickbooks Online and when I go to the Sales --> All Sales screen, I see "estimates" in the same view as "Invoices" and "Sales Receipts". In the "total" column, I do NOT want "estimates" to muck up the grand total of all sales because an "Estimate" is NOT a "Sale". How do I make "Estimates" not total up along with the "Invoices" and "Sales Receipts".
ALSO, I HATE the word "Estimate". I would prefer that they be called "Quotations" or "Quotes". Is there a way to change the name?
Thanks,
Tim

Thanks for voicing out your sales forms concerns, @radiosacrossamerica.
An estimate isn't a sale yet until the customer approves it. Though, it's still part of the sales forms. Hence, it will show up on the All Sales page.
I completely understand why you don't want to include the estimates in the overall sales total, and change its name to Quote. I'll surely take note of this suggestion and pass on your idea to our developers as this will surely help improve our system more in the future.
