Any way to recover / view old estimates?

looking for a couple of estimates i did for customer from about 2 years ago.  when i pull up the customer page i see all invoices and payments going back as long as 7 years when i started my business but I do not see estimates that old.

Does QB delete estimates after a certain time? is there any way I can try to recover these older estimates?

Any way to recover / view old estimates?

I've got you covered, @MeridianEarthwokrs. Here are the steps so you can see those estimates from 2 years ago.

You can filter the type of transactions under the All Sales tab to see those old estimates. Please follow the steps below:

  1. In QuickBooks, select the Sales menu and click the All Sales tab.
  2. Tap the Filter drop-down menu.
  3. From the Type drop-down, choose Estimates.
  4. Under the Date field, pick Custom and enter the specific date in the From and To boxes.
  5. Tick Apply when done.

Here's a great source you can visit to help you personalize the appearance and layout of your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This also includes steps on editing your email message, turn on online payments for invoices, edit custom templates, etc.

That's it! You'll now be able to see those estimates. Feel free to get back here if you have other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm here if you need further assistance. Have a good one.
