IT's never a good idea to put your phone number or any other personal information in a forum, where the entire world can have access to it. 


You need to request a call back. 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Let me help you log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.


Let's try accessing your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. To open access QuickBooks using a private browser, you may use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once done, follow the below steps:

  1. Use this link
  2. Make sure to log in using your QuickBooks Online account login credentials when you sign up for the service.

If still, you weren’t able to access your account, I suggest doing a password reset. Here’s a helpful article with instructions on how to do a password reset: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.

We'll have to run the 3371 Error Fix from the QuickBooks Tool Hub to help you open your QuickBooks, bjaddison. I'm here to make sure it only takes a few clicks for you to complete the process.


Before we begin, let me share some information about the issue. The error is caused by missing or damaged files. The tool mentioned above can fix common errors, including the ones you're experiencing. Follow these steps to lodge the utility:


  1. Be sure to close your QuickBooks.
  2. Download the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub (
  3. Save it where you can easily find it.
  4. Next, open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe link.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  6. When the installation is complete, double-click the icon on your desktop to access the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  7. From there, click the Installation Issues menu on the left panel and choose 3371 Error Fix.
  8. Tap the OK button.
  9. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
