If you don't have the tool install already , here's how to download and install QuickBooks Tool Hub, follow the steps below:
- After restarting your desktop, download QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
- Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen instruction to agree to the terms and conditions.
- After the installation process, open the application by double-clicking the file icon on your desktop.
From there, let's run the diagnostic tool from the Tool Hub.
- Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- In the tool hub, select Installation Issues.
- Select QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. Let the tool run. It can take up to 20 minutes.
- When the tool finishes, restart your computer.
