- In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Payroll Settings.

- Select the Paycheck Printing Settings in the Preferences section.

- Choose Plain paper stubs, then tick OK.

Once done, here's how to print the pay stubs (for QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP):
- Go to the Workers or Payroll menu at the left pane to get to the Employees page.
- Click the Paycheck list at the top right.

- Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then hit Print.
