can you renew subscription via ACH INSTEAD OF CREDIT CARD?

I'm glad you reached out to me today, Ladybugs79.

I want to make sure that there won't be any interruptions to your subscription, so I'd be happy to share the payment methods that we accept for renewals.

At this time, we only accept credit cards as the form of payment for your subscription. For additional insight about this, you can check out this article: Manage your QuickBooks account, products, and subscriptions

I can see how having the option to pay via ACH would help you, and others, renew your subscription in a more flexible manner. Rest assured, I'm going to submit a feature request from my side, which is sent to the Product Development Team. They're constantly looking for great ideas from users, like yourself, when deciding how to enhance QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know what else I can do to help you today. Thanks for coming to the Community, wishing you continued success in all that you do.

I saw this post and was wondering if you do not renew your subscription with Quick books does that effect being able to still receive credit card payments as we are doing now

Welcome to this thread, @dds. Yes, it will affect the ability to receive credit card payments if you don't renew your QuickBooks Desktop subscription.

Unrenewed subscriptions will lead to termination of service and you will lose your license to use the QuickBooks Desktop Software. Once service is canceled, you will no longer be able to enjoy these following benefits below:

However, you can still access your company data file stored on your computer which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks Desktop format when reactivating your subscription or with the purchase of a license to the Software.

To avoid inconvenience, update your credit card or bank account information. Read and learn about how to update or renew your QB Desktop subscription by clicking this help article: Update or renew your subscription.

You can always post here in the Community if you have other concerns. We're here to back you up.

Thanks for joining in this thread, @Debra Michalka. I know you need some payment options to renew your subscription.

The splitting payment option is currently unavailable in subscription renewal.

Another option to pay your subscription is through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You'll want to chat with our Customer Care team to help you with this process. Here's how:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
  2. Enter your concern briefly in the Tell us more about your question field. You may type in "subscription renewal" and hit Search
  3. Click the Start a Message button.
  4. Enter all your info in the pop-up window on your left corner.
  5. Check the box for I'm not a robot, then hit Submit

Should you need to upgrade your payroll service, read through this article for future reference: Change Payroll Service.

Let me know if you have more questions about your subscription, @Debra Michalka. I'm always around to guide.
