Cleared Checks showing up on Uncleared Checks Reports

I am using Quickbooks Online. When I run Uncleared Checks reports, it is showing cleared checks as uncleared as well. Even if you click into what I know are cleared they show "Online Banking Matches" but they are still showing up on my uncleared checks reports! I have run this report 5 different ways and tried putting my browser in incognito (per a similar post's response instructions). How do I get QBO to

Is the checking account connected to QuickBooks Online? In QuickBooks Online, checks are not "truly" cleared unless you have the checking account connected to to the account via a bank feed connection and the cleared check has come through the bank feed and matched accordingly. Go to the register and make sure that there is a "C" for cleared and a green box that indicates the transaction is "matched" to the bank feed transaction.
