Clients not receiving my full estimates when emailed from quickbooks

Has anyone been having issues with their clients receiving a copy of their full estimate? For example, we provide a service and when typing up the estimate in quickbooks, we select the service and in the description box we enter the service descriptions and then the price on that category. Recently when our estimates are emailed directly from quickbooks, the client  only receives a summary saying “Services” and the Price but no details that we entered are listed. Has anyone else had this issue?  It just started happening to me and I’ve lost a few possible projects because of this.

I appreciate you for providing the complete details of your concern, @Neffy_20.

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases same as yours. To make sure your clients can view the full details of the estimate, let's go to the custom form styles and modify the template from there. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Custom form styles.
  3. Select the estimate template you're currently using and click Edit.
  4. Go to the Content tab, then click the pencil icon in the middle part of your estimate.
  5. Put a checkmark on the Product/Service and Description box.
  6. Then click the Email tab.
  7. Under the How your estimate appears in emails tick the Full details radio button.
  8. Put a checkmark beside the PDF Attached box.
  9. Click Done.

Once done, your client can now view the full details of the estimate.
