I appreciate you for providing the complete details of your concern, @Neffy_20.
I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases same as yours. To make sure your clients can view the full details of the estimate, let's go to the custom form styles and modify the template from there. Let me guide you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Custom form styles.
- Select the estimate template you're currently using and click Edit.
- Go to the Content tab, then click the pencil icon in the middle part of your estimate.
- Put a checkmark on the Product/Service and Description box.
- Then click the Email tab.
- Under the How your estimate appears in emails tick the Full details radio button.
- Put a checkmark beside the PDF Attached box.
- Click Done.

Once done, your client can now view the full details of the estimate.
