Company name on Customer statements

I was wondering if it is possible to remove the word "Intuit"  from in front of our company name when it appears on customer bank statements.

We are having problems with customer reversing charges on us because the Name Intuit appears before our company name on their bank and or credit card statements.

Company name on Customer statements

Hi @Hyo,

Thanks for reaching out.  Your customer's statements should show, for example, INT*DBA NAME.  The INT is not removable, unfortunately.

Company name on Customer statements

Hello,

Does it use the "Company Name" used on Sales forms and invoices, or the "Legal Name" used in tax documents?

ex: INT*LEAGAL NAME
ex INT*COMPANY NAME

Company name on Customer statements

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks in managing your sales transactions, Joey Gault. I'm here to share some insights about the sales forms.

The sales forms in QuickBooks Online used the Company Name or the Business Name. The program lets you personalize the content of the forms, but you're unable to select the Legal Name.

To customize the sales forms, please see these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select New Style or edit the forms you've already created.
  3. You can start with the layout by going to the Design tab.
  4. On the Content tab, you can add the details you'd like to see on the form.
  5. Once finished, click on Done.

For more details, please see this article: Customize Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've included these resources that'll help you manage your sales transactions in QuickBooks Online. This way, you'll be able to ensure your record is accurate:

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, Joey Gault. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
