The macOS Ventura appears to be mainly compatible and operates normally based on our early tests with QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2020. There are certain issues that do require attention, and we're striving to release updates as soon as we can to address them. For the most part, QuickBooks should work as expected.

Can you print to a PDF? If so then the problem is likely a need for an updated printer driver. If you can't print to a PDF, try printing an Invoice from the Sample Product Company. If that works then the issue may be with fonts or graphics in the invoice template you use. Let me know here please.
