CPE Certificates for Webinars

I took 2 webinars back in April and only received the CPE certificate for one of them.  I've emailed [email address removed] six different times requesting a reissue and haven't received a single reply or acknowledgement on my emails.  I made sure that my most recent emails were formatted with the information requested in another help article, and still no reply.  I called support and had an agent send an email on my behalf and even then, heard nothing.   I already don't like QBO support and this makes me weary of ever taking a webinar that is outside of QBO certification.   Has anyone else had such a lack of response from the Accountant Academy people?

I do appreciate your time in contacting us, a_ponce.

 

A browser-related issue might have caused the certificate not to show up though you have successfully finished the training. We can verify that by logging in to your account using a private browser.

 

Then, follow the steps to view the CPE certificates:

  1. From the left menu select ProAdvisor.
  2. Select the Training tab.
  3. If you're looking for a current certification, badge, or exam, select Certified and choose Download Badge or Download Certificate.
  4. For the previous certification, select Training & certification history.

If you're able to download, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache to remove piled up internet files. Other supported browsers can also help you get rid of these issues.

Thank you for the reply, but this does not solve my problem.  I took two webinars that were not for a certification and the certificates were supposed to be sent directly to me.   I've sent many emails to the [email address removed] email with my request, but have not received any reply

I understand that you've contacted our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support before. Though for your specific concern, I suggest you get a hold of technical support. They can investigate this situation further and provide a resolution for you.
