While trying to create an estimate, I get the following message. "You can't edit this estimate. Ask your admin for edit access if you need to make any changes." I am the company admin with full access on all available options. How do we get this QBO issues resolved so I can get an estimate out?

In the mean time, if you're having the same error when creating an estimates. You can try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser as it ignores websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any history and data. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

After saving, return to your Estimate and perform a print test. The logo should appear on your printed estimates. Additionally, you can make it the default template by choosing the dropdown in the Action column and clicking on Make Default.
