Buy nowI am running Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions 21. I have a customer that when I look in the Customers & Jobs list has an open balance that is correct. When I create a Statement of Account for this customer, the balance owed on the statement is incorrect. Issuing a credit will not fix the problem, the balances still don't match. I have verified data and rebuilt the data, and it is still not balancing. I only have this issue with one customer, all the others are correct. Any help is appreciated.
Let's get this issue fix right away, tamaro722.
I appreciate you for performing the verify and rebuild steps to fix the issue.
Since the initial troubleshooting steps didn't work, I propose downloading our QuickBooks Tool Hub tool and running QuickBooks File Doctor to fix this. It scans your file for errors and fixes it right away. Let me walk you through the process

Thank you very much for this info. I have now downloaded the Tool Hub, however I can't access the company file, as it says the file is in use. I have logged out all other users, restarted my computer and logged in as the Admin - but still not able to use Tool Hub. So, looks like I have several issues that will need to be worked out.
