If you haven't subscribed to QuickBooks Time yet, you can sign up for an account, and integrate it with QuickBooks Desktop to create and manage schedules. QuickBooks Time also works with QuickBooks Online.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Visit our QuickBooks Time pricing page.
2. Choose a plan that works for your business.
3. Select Buy now and complete the order.
4. After you've finished signing up, you can integrate your QuickBooks Time account with the company file.

You'll now be able to create weekly schedule templates in QuickBooks Time.
 

In the event you'd rather not use QuickBooks Time, you can check our QuickBooks App Store for apps which may help you achieve what you're looking to do.

Another option, explore HCP. It supports QB Desktop and QB Online.

Thanks.  Most of the programs ive reviewed are to intense.  Meaning, i'm not changing the way we bill, time track, etc.  I just want a program that takes QB information so we can utilize in the field for managers and employees that can be uploaded to QB, ie time, products, etc.  I have a zoom meeting with HouseCall tomorrow.  We'll see how that goes.

After a Zoom meeting with a Housecall Rep., it occurred to me to possible just use QB apps.  I DON'T WANT TO REPLACE QB IN ANY CAPACITY.  I think i now understand that most of these programs (Titian, Jobber, Housecall) replace some functionality of QB.  I don't want to do these.  I want a way to capture and share data with QB.  So, it seems QB apps are specifically made to do this.

Can Intuit or a QB do a Zoom call to help answer some of my questions.  Thanks.
