I'm here to ensure you can delete your QBO company, @anthonyatto.
You can manually delete your company if this is less than 60 days old. You just have to change the last word of your accounts' URL to purge company. Here's how:
From this https://c43.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://c43.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
If the account is more than 60 days old, you'll need to cancel it. Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company will automatically be deleted after a year of cancellation (for paid subscription) and after 90 days for trial account. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
- Click the blue Cancel link beside the Subscription status.
- Select Continue to cancel.
Here's a handy article that will give you more info about the steps: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
You can export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data so you have a copy on hand.
