Good to see you here in the Community, @aorozco66.
I appreciate you for sharing the details with us. I'd be happy to assist you in resolving this problem so you can manage your transactions in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Let's begin by updating the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop. By doing this, we can make sure the program has the most recent updates and fixes.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab.
- Click Get Updates to start the download.
- When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
- Accept the option to install the new release when prompted.
Once done, let's run the Verify and rebuild tools. Any data problems in your company file will be found by Verify Data. The Rebuild tool will then automatically resolve it. Check this link for the steps: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
We can investigate the file more closely if the issue persists. However, the resources necessary to accomplish this are under our Data Services Team. I recommend getting in touch with them once again to help recover the missing data.
To reach them, you can do so via Chat. Their operation hours are 7 AM PT to 5 PM PT Monday - Friday.
