I have followed all of the steps in order, including uninstalling and reinstalling. Application installs, but hangs up when opening. This license is for three users. Question: If three other users are registered, would the app hang up at opening or upon the login screen?

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know result of the troubleshooting steps.
Technically, the steps provided by my peer Kristine Mae should rectify the freezing behavior of your QuickBooks software. Since the same thing happens after doing the recommended steps, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support Team.
