Join nowWe are getting ready to update QB. Currently we are on Enterprise 18. We would like to go to Desktop Enterprise 21. However we run our payroll in Paylocity and have a CRM that both require use of the We connector. Currently we have constant issues with it.
My question is this: Is there any reason to believe that our web connector issues will substantially go away with Desktop Enterprise 21? We are leaning towards it over QBO due to the reporting capacity and enhanced ability to Job cost. That said, we have to solve our connectivity issues first. IF that means moving off QB Desktop, then so be it.

I appreciate the follow up. We have not yet upgraded to Enterprise 21. However today we did get a sneak peek at it with our data loaded. I am comparing it to QBO Advanced. I certainly like ENterprise better.
Just to be clear, you feel our issues with the Webconnector are due to having an older version (E18) and they will largely go away if we upgrade to E21?

Currently, reported problems with Web Connector are already resolved in QBDT 2021. When you upgrade your QBDT version (18) to 2021, your Web Connector issue will largely go away.
