Any specific issue?

Yes it is. Can't log into website to fix it. Can't get a human at chat to fix it and no customer support phone number to fix it. They are unable to process a payment of ours and they really don't seem to want our money very badly. They have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM

The Community is one of QuickBook's support channels that provide real-time support by QuickBooks members, moderators, Allstars, or accountants with in-depth QuickBooks knowledge. Aside from this forum, you can also reach our support team through chat and call.

We've updated the way you can contact QuickBooks support. I'd suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu of your account. 

Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 AM (Saturday). See these steps to get hold of a specialist:

1. Sign in to your account using a web browser.
2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Contact Us. 
4. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

For subscription renewal, please make sure you have updated billing information. An expired and invalid credit card will hinder access to your QuickBooks account. For the detailed instructions, check out this page: Update your billing and subscription info in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
