Do bugs ever get fixed?

I just started QbO and feel that it is not user friendly. 1-It didn't bring the transactions before 3 months and I have to do it manually, WHY? 2- I upgraded to Plus but it didn't show the Project, WHY? 3- I can't edit or delete a  catalogue, I should deactivate it Why? So, it seems that I should spend a huge amount of time to figure out and post discussions to know how it works. Instead of the straight way it has a detour.

This is not the kind of experience that we want you to have with us,

I'm here to give off some information about your concerns.

First, the transactions that can be downloaded will depends on your bank. There are some financial institutions that allow us to import the items up to a year. However, some banks only allow us to download for three months hence, you'll have to import the others manually.

Second, you may be experiencing some browser-related issues that causes the Project feature to vanish. We can run some troubleshooting steps to fix this one.

To start with, let's try opening your QuickBooks account on an incognito window. This page doesn't store caches that helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Lastly, the option to edit a catalogue isn't available in QuickBooks. However, we can customize your sales form. This way, your catalogue will display the same as your sales forms.

I've also added these references that have detailed information about the Project feature:

I'm just a post-away if ever you need help. Keep safe!

This doesn't address the issue that was raised.

Customizing the email template does not change the fact that QB puts this html code at the end of any email with an attached invoice. This is very annoying, an OLD issue, and needs to be fixed.

Thanks for chiming in on this thread, leston12.

To verify, have you tried sending the invoice on a different email address? If there are no changes and you still see an html code, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. They will review your request to help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Under Profile, select Feedback.

You can always reach out to me if you have any follow-up questions or other concerns. Take care and stay safe!
