Since clicking Save and Close isn't working properly when editing bills, I'd initially recommend performing some of our basic browser troubleshooting processes.
 
Here's how:
 
 - Try using a private or incognito browser.
 
 - Restart your browser.
 
 - Clear cache and cookies.
 
 - Add Intuit as a trusted site.
 
 - Confirm you're using a supported web browser that's up-to-date with its latest release.
 
 
If the problem continues after going through each process above, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
