Ahold can be placed on your checking account for a variety of reasons. It is also there to protect you as much as it protects the bank.
To connect a live agent, you can contact them through your QuickBooks Online account. I’ll show you how:
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter deposit on hold then hit Let’s talk.
- Select Call us to connect with a live support agent.
