Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to print double-sided reports in QuickBooks, Randlyman.
The double-sided printing option is on the printer setup settings. You may need to get in touch with an IT professional to configure your printer settings. If the same thing happens, download the Tool Hub and Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop. Then, reset the default printer in Windows by following the steps below:
- From the Start button, click Settings (or Control Panel).
- Choose Printers and Faxes. Then, right-click on a working printer.
- Tap Set as Default Printer. Close the Windows Printer and Faxes window.
- Open QuickBooks and open the Printer Setup window to verify changes.
