Join nowLast year at some point QuickBooks would not let me print double-sided reports. The printer will do it for any other software but not QB. I recently upgraded to QB Pro 2021 and the problem continued. Can't find anything in Preferences settings that help either. I'm using Windows 10 on a PC.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to print double-sided reports in QuickBooks, Randlyman.
The double-sided printing option is on the printer setup settings. You may need to get in touch with an IT professional to configure your printer settings. If the same thing happens, download the Tool Hub and Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop. Then, reset the default printer in Windows by following the steps below:

It turned out that somehow the printer setting in QuickBooks reverted to Factory Default. I changed it to Everyday Printing and the problem was solved. Sheesh...
