I can see how the drop-down menu would help a lot when sending forms to multiple customers with their correct email addresses.
At this time, the drop-down menu is unavailable. In QuickBooks Desktop, you'll have an option to include more email addresses when sending an email. This can be done by using a comma to separate the email addresses.
