In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team so they can include you in the list of impacted users. This way, you'll receive email updates about the status of the investigation.
Here's how:
- Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
- Enter talk to a human, then select Continue.
- Choose how to connect with us: Chat with us or Have us call you.
For now, you can reach out directly to your employer so they can send you a copy of your 1099 form.
Moreover, you'll have to categorize transactions in QBSE to place them on the correct line of your Schedule C.
