When I attempt to open previous upload attachments in QuickBooks Online, I am receiving this error message:
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Eviloculus.
I would love to help you, but I need some information about your concern. Could you please provide more details regarding the attachment you've accessed? Which transaction did you attach?
Any additional info or a screenshot of the interface will be greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to your reply. Have a good one!
I'm having the same issue.
I go to Sales then Customers, I search for the company and the choose Edit. I have attached the document (pdf) in numerous ways and it looks good. I save and exit. When I go back into the company to ensure the attachment is there and attempt to open that document, I get the exact same error as Maybelle.
The pdf uploaded is a signed contract.
