Errors with opening company files
I recently upgraded from enterprise 18 to 21. While I had the occasional errors with 18 it ran rather smoothly overall. Now that I have 21 I have quite a few errors happening that I do not have answers for. The main error I get is that someone is logged into single user and to ask them to switch, however there aren’t any employees logged into single user, all of them are multi-user.
I have made multiple calls to support to try to figure it out and it’s all the same troubleshooting steps that don’t change the situation. I have been over the server settings multiple times and everything is set up how they tell me it should be. I have verified data and rebuilt the file and nothing changes. Does anyone know what may cause this to happen?
