Estimate emails not going out

My estimates are not going out to potential customers.  I was told engineers are on it, but that was five hours ago.

Estimate emails not going out

I'm happy to help find your invoices created today, @steamtec.

 

Sometimes, QBO may experience unexpected behaviors like being unable to send emails due to high memory usage caused by cache and browser cookies. In the meantime, I recommend using a private browsing window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

 

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

 

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It can help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

 

If you can now see the invoices you've created, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.

Estimate emails not going out

I reached out to the support team yesterday, and was told over the phone it is a SITEWIDE issue, and I would be contacted when it was resolved.

Nevertheless, I tried the steps you mentioned and they did not work.  The email is still not going out.  Of course I can't talk to anybody because now it is the weekend.  I would expect a company like Quickbooks to care enough about its reputation to be working hastily to resolve this issue, which is recurring and costing not only myself but many other business owners.

I am going to lose out on a contract that pays the bills for my business, and I will hold Quickbooks accountable,, you can be sure.
