We're delighted to have you here in the Community, Maureen27. I've got information and steps to ensure you can upload your PNC credit card transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, I'v checked my resources here and confirmed an ongoing investigation about PNC bank errors. May I know if you've received any error messages when connecting your financial institution to QBO? If otherwise, I'd be glad to walk you through how to upload these transactions using an excel file.
Let us first download all the credit card transactions from your bank's website. Once ready, you can refer to these steps when uploading them.
Here's how:
- From the left menu bar, go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions.
- Click on the Bank transactions tab and choose the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
- Tap on the Link account dropdown and click Upload from file.
- Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, tap Continue.
- On the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions to and click Continue.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks and select Continue.
- Choose the transactions you'd want to import and click Continue.
- Select Yes. And click Done once you accept your transactions.
You may also upload these bank transactions using a CSV file and import them to QBO.
Moreover, I'm adding these references to guide you on what to do if you've received any error messages and to review these transactions once everything's on track:
These contain detailed fixes and steps to help organize your bank feeds into the correct accounts.
