exporting from Intuit payroll services to QuickBooks online errors

I having problems exporting payroll data from Intuit Payroll service to my client's QuickBooks online. The message I get is "Connection with your QuickBooks Online company has expired, please set up your export again by logging into your QuickBooks Online account from Setup Export Preferences". I reached several customer service agent and no one will be able to help me. I need help!
