Extra Custom box

Hello if anyone knows how I can put an extra custom box in my invoices i would appreciate your help. 

I have used all 3 and need a 4th one.  Please HELP!!!

I'll help with your question about adding more data to your invoices, SL06.

 

For now, you can only add up to 3 custom fields when customizing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

 

Although the Advanced version allows adding more fields, you can only use a maximum of 3 when printing them out. More details about this are discussed here: Create And Edit Custom Fields In QuickBooks Online Advanced.

Thank you for your reply.  I know that QB online only allows three custom fields.   Is there no way to go around this?  In reality most companies need to show more detail on their printed invoice and what to customer see.  I am not liking this part of QB online.  Other than to usual custom field, invoice, date , terms I need PO #, Project Name, Project#  and Currency.  Any advise how I can get all this on the actual invoice would be most appreciated.

As my colleague, JenoP, mentioned, with a QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription you can add more than 3 custom fields. It enables users to use 12 of them for each type of form. Plans can be changed anytime if you're interested in upgrading.
 

I can certainly see how having an ability to create more than 3 areas would be beneficial to yourself/others who aren't currently using an Advanced plan and have submitted feedback to our Product Development Team about it. You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.
 

Here's how:
1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon.
2. Click Feedback.

3. Enter your suggestions and/or comments.
4. Hit Next.
5. Choose Skip and send message.
6. The available drop-down menu can be used to pick an appropriate category.
7. Select Send message.


Your feedback is definitely valuable to Intuit. It can help improve user experiences in our platforms. Feature requests can be tracked through our Customer Feedback website.
