Join nowMy firm sent me an invitation to join their accounting firm on Quickbooks Online Accountant. When I click the "accept invitation," it pops up with the option to create an account. I already have an Intuit account, so I select "sign in." When I put in my username & password, I get an error that says "There's an issue on our end. We're on it." I have tried using Chrome & Firefox and have tried private/incognito windows in both and I get the same error. Is this a common error? How can I or my firm fix this?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I’m sorry we’re having difficulty getting you connected to your firm’s QBOA account. I’d be happy to help get you squared away. You’ve already done all of the troubleshooting steps I’d suggest, so the next thing I’d recommend is having your firm's QBO admin delete the invitation and then create a new one. On rare occasions, there is a hitch when the invitation connection is created and the easiest way to move through is to start over.

My admin resent me the invitation and I still have the same issue.
