I need to print 1099-NEC copy C and I don't see how to make QuickBooks do that. I printed 1099-NEC successfully but cannot print copy C. I called Help Desk and that agent was not able to help either.

QuickBooks does not have a button to print a specific copy of the Form 1099-NEC. If you're using a pre-printed form, put in Copy C of the form in your printer.

If you're using blank paper, all information will be the same for all copies. Then, provide one copy to the vendor.

Thanks for the suggestion but when I print the form, I only get the top part not three parts. So it fulfills Copy A, the form for the IRS but not Copy C, the form that goes to the vendor.

I'll share additional information to ensure you'll be able to print the 1099 NEC 3 part in QuickBooks Desktop.
The ability to pick a specific copy of the Form, as noted by my colleague JenoP above isn't possible. To print the 1099 NEC in 3 parts, let's ensure you have the most recent QuickBooks release. I'll show you how to do it.
Once done, you can close QuickBooks and restart your computer.
