You encounter this error when there's something that needs to be verified or checked with your payroll data. If you have View My Paycheck or WorkForce turned on, we'll have to turn it off to fix the error. Here's how:
- Click Employees.
- Select Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
- Under QuickBooks Workforce, toggle the status to OFF.
Once done, send the direct deposit payroll again.
Then, turn on back the WorkForce feature after sending the payroll. You can follow the same steps at the top and toggle the status to ON.
