Has anyone had problems with pricing changing after I saved. I go back in and to Process credit cards and the Prices have changed for my products.

Also, My Customer name is not on invoice anymore. I have to cut and paste on most every invoice. It was working really well and recently there has been a change.

Let's work through some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issues you're experiencing with changing prices and the customer name not appearing on your invoices, l-lea.

Before we get started, could you please confirm whether this issue occurs in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app or through the web interface? Any additional details you can provide will help us identify the cause and deliver the appropriate resolution.

One possible reason your invoices have missing customer name and changed prices could be that your browser has accumulated too many cached files. QuickBooks relies on the browser's cache to function efficiently, so clearing any outdated files can help fix the aforementioned issues and improve the overall system performance.

Click the links below for the detailed steps of different browsers:

If you're using the QBO app, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: See the latest available information in the QuickBooks mobile app.

If this matter continues, I recommend clicking the browser's Refresh icon (please see the screenshot below) or using other supported browsers

Let's also review the audit history of the affected invoices to determine the cause of the changes. To do this, open the transaction, click on More actions, and select Audit history.

You may also want to generate sales reports in QuickBooks to determine your best-selling products, gain insights into your buying and selling activities, and analyze your cost of goods.
