Locked out or it won't run/open? There's a major issue with the latest Windows update. Windows removed Internet Explorer and QB will NOT RUN ON ANYTHING BUT IE. And to get around it, you have to back load the prior version of Windows.
Intuit is NEVER timely with anything. It's so bloody frustrating.

My problem is still not resolved. I am unable to get anyone on the phone who can help me. They all say they can’t and I have called the number on the back of my card several times. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, changed my password and have had 2 weeks not of declined purchases. My business is failing because of QuickBooks. I will need to take legal action. This is unacceptable.
My issue has not been resolved. I have spent 2 weeks getting the run around and dealing with declined purchases! I earned this money through my business and noe i can’t access it! This is theft! I will be taking legal action because my business is failing due to this issue and the customer service is terrible! I have re-installed the app, changed my password and everything else I have been asked to do! This is unacceptable!

Your tag is QuickBooks Online but you mention "removing the app and reinstalling". Are you using QB Online or QB Desktop?
Now my transactions access is no longer there either! This is crazy. Someone needs to call me and fix this.

I know how you want to access your transactions without any issues. Generally, once you've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this will fix everything. You'll have to make sure that you're logged in to the correct QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you'll be able to see the transactions. Also, let's try resetting the app to fix the issue, this will reset all disabled and default apps, notifications, background data, and permission restrictions.

My QuickBooks cash account is saying that it is closed. My issue is that I did not close it. I have been trying to access my cash account but I can’t because it’s saying it’s closed. I have no issues logging into the system. I need to i be able to use my cash account. Please advise.
