Needed to get assistance with PPP Cash Compensation report crashing. I go to the Help Chat and fill in the intro questions (name, email, phone, problem, etc), select "not a robot" and then enter, my chat window goes blank. Nothing there. I've tried in Edge (new version) and Chrome. Is there some browser setting that needs to be changed before I try for the 5th time?
Though are you trying to recover and reactivate your QuickBooks Desktop with a validation code? If that's the case, you'll want to check your email inbox for it. Alternatively, access your CAMPS account then look for the code:
Log in to CAMPS, then choose your version under the Products & Services section. Then, click Details, then look for the validation code.
