Are you referring to your company file password? If that's the case, you can reset it to access your company file. Older QuickBooks versions have different ways of resetting it.

However, are you referring to your CAMPS account? You can reset it by using the Password recovery tool.
Though are you trying to recover and reactivate your QuickBooks Desktop with a validation code? If that's the case, you'll want to check your email inbox for it. Alternatively, access your CAMPS account then look for the code:
Log in to CAMPS, then choose your version under the Products & Services section. Then, click Details, then look for the validation code.
