Welcome to the QuickBooks family, m-binamin-virgin.

I'd love to help you with your issue about QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can keep track receipts by attaching a digital copy to the transactions. Doing so lets you keep everything in one place, add notes, and retrieve receipts quickly.

To do this, you can email it to QuickBooks. We can extract info from it and create a transaction for you to review. From there, you have the option to edit the receipt, add it to an account, or match it to an existing transaction in the Receipts tab.

Here are the steps that you'll need to take:

  1. Customize an email address to forward to.
  2. Forward images of receipts and bill to QuickBooks.
  3. Review and categorize your bills and receipts.

For a detailed step-by-step process, take a look at this article: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online. You can view this article for additional insight: Capture and categorize receipts and bills.

Also, to get the most out of QuickBooks for your business, check some articles that are designed to help you get acclimated to the software. They can be accessed at the following link: QuickBooks Tutorials.

I'm only a couple of clicks away if you need further assistance in managing your account. It's always a pleasure to help. Have a great day!
